SThe Small Box
A little freshA manageable mix for lighter cooking, smaller households, or a first taste of the project.
A neighbourhood pilot in the making
Fresh vegetables. A thoughtful little box. A big idea from David — bringing the goodness of local farms closer to your front door.
Student-led. Neighbourhood-minded.

A little fresh. Or a little more.
Two sizes. One simple idea: a colourful mix of vegetables, thoughtfully packed for everyday cooking.

BMore room for vegetables, family meals, and those “what shall we cook tonight?” moments.
We’re still growing this idea. Prices, quantities, delivery area, and launch timing will be confirmed before orders open. Images show an example mix.
A short journey. A fresh start.
Here’s how David plans to bring it all together.
David plans to approach local farms about buying vegetables in bulk, then choose a fresh mix for the boxes.
Rooted in local goodnessThe vegetables will be sorted and arranged into small and big boxes, with the mix guided by what’s available.
Two sizes, thoughtfully packedThe goal is simple: deliver the boxes to neighbours’ doors and make fresh vegetables a little easier to enjoy.

Meet the idea behind the box
For his school project, David is giving a classic first business a fresh twist. Instead of cups of lemonade, he’s thinking boxes of vegetables.
Verdana Fresh connects a few things he wants to explore: buying from local farms, building a small business, and doing something useful for the people right around him.
It’s an idea in progress — a chance to learn by doing, one thoughtfully packed box at a time.
The next chapter · exploring possibilities
What if your vegetable box arrived by robot?
David plans to approach robot delivery companies to explore a small neighbourhood trial. It’s a big question for a little box — and part of what makes this project exciting.

Every good project starts with a few questions.
Not just yet. Verdana Fresh is David’s school pilot, and the details are still taking shape. You can explore the two box ideas here. Ordering will open only after prices, contents, and delivery arrangements are confirmed.
The idea is a mixed selection of vegetables based on what is available from participating farms. Think leafy greens, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and other cooking favourites. These are examples, not a guaranteed box list. Final contents and quantities are still to be decided.
David plans to approach local farms to explore sourcing vegetables for the boxes. Participating farms and sourcing details will be confirmed as the pilot develops.
That’s the idea David wants to explore. He plans to approach robot delivery companies about a small trial. No company has agreed to take part yet, and robot delivery is not currently available.
Prices, box quantities, delivery dates, and the exact neighbourhood delivery area are still being worked out. This website introduces the project and does not accept orders or payments.
